    TestFlight beta launch

    • Mise is live in TestFlight beta on iOS — invites going out to the waitlist.
    • Restored Apple Health (HealthKit) body-metric sync: opt-in reads of weight and body composition now inform plan adjustments.
    • Shipped the new Mise logo across the app icon and in-app branding.
    • Weekly AI meal plans, Cook Mode with auto-detected timers, and Sage (the AI sous-chef) are all in testers' hands.
